The original set of six tapestries were woven to represent the arms of Jean le Viste. Each represent one of the human senses, this one, named “The Taste”, depicts a woman dipping her finger in a compote held by a servant girl. Botanical and animal motifs fill the background. This pretty tapestry cushion cover brings historical scenes and rich color into the home when placed on the sofa or bed. Woven in Belgium from 100% cotton with a lined back and zipper closure.
