The cushion covers are beautiful, but the experience with the seller was disappointing. When my order was delayed, I tried to resolve the issue politely but received defensive and unhelpful replies. Shipping company later confirmed that the phone number provided was the sellerโs, not mine, which is why I never got any delivery updates nor was i able to make any changes. After receiving the order, I messaged the seller about my disappointment and was told the message had been passed to their manager, who would respond in a few days. Itโs now been over 10 days, and I never heard back. Lovely items, but the customer service and communication need serious improvement!
