This French impressionist jacquard-woven tapestry wall hanging is an extract of L'ouie, or The Hearing, which is part of the Lady and the Unicorn, or Dame ร  la Licorne series: a timelessly loved set of six tapestries woven around 1500 in Flanders. It displays the Lady of the series playing the organ, representing the sense of "hearing". This beautiful piece adds an air of elegance to your decor motif.

Each piece in the series symbolizes each one of the senses; Hearing, smell, sight, taste, touch, the sixth A Mon Seul Desir is thought to cover the sense of emotion.
